What does it mean to be a Christian in Pakistan?

What does it mean to be a Christian in Pakistan? How difficult, how valuable and how important it is for us to spend a Christian life in a Muslim majority country like Pakistan despite all the persecution we face there? Indeed Christians are highly persecuted in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan but this is also true that there must be a purpose set by God behind our birth as Christian in that land. God knows us since we were in the womb of our mother, when we were not even born yet, and if he made us born in Pakistan that must be due to a reason which is known to Him alone and we must have faith in his decisions. Today Pastor Rafique Masih from Barcelona, Spain, helps us to understand the purpose set by God for us to be born and reside as Christians in the Islamic republic of Pakistan.

Hi there. I am a Christian living in the United Kingdom, and I have truly been blessed by hearing the testimonies of former muslims, especially the ones such as yourself who have resided in Pakistan for the majority of your life. What you said is so true. Muslims need Jesus, which is entirely why he has called people such as yourself to teach them the truth and set an example to them. A religion that promotes nothing but violence and negativity, is something that needs to be annihilated. However, many people are stubborn due to the religious practices that have been passed down from generation to generation. We are truly blessed to know the truth, and we must share it with others. I have met many muslims, and I am 100% sure that they are not free and continue to follow their religion blindly due to fear and brainwashing from a young age. Continue to know that Jesus Christ is with you, and as you said, continue to depend on him and may he be your refuge every single day through everything. I may be in a country where I am free to speak the truth and evangelise, and you may be in a land of restrictions and constant persecutions, but may your joy always be full in Christ.
